Why did the San Diego Chargers decide to retain, keep Norv Turner and A.J.

Smith? how stupid can they get? keeping A.J. Smith, and especially, most of all, Norv Turner, seriously, when the Chargers owner, management has spoken to the media, they sound like they are committed to winning, they want to win, but yet they keep a Head Coach and have missed the playoffs 2 years in a row, and their horrible GM A.J. Smith.
many people say the Chargers made a big mistake in firing Marty Schottenheimer, well, Yes and No, Schottenheimer can help build your team into a playoff team, like actually get your teams to the playoffs, but once the playoffs begin it's a different story, his career post-season record as a Head Coach was 5 wins, 13 losses
