Should I start Brandon Jacobs (New York Giants) against the Redskins for Week 15?

Hi I'm trying to do my Fantasy Football Line-up for Week 15, and I'm a kind of stuck on who I should start. Brandon Jacobs has been decent for the past couple weeks, especially last week. I haven't been putting him in though due to his inconsistency this season. I'm thinking about starting him this week because I've noticed that he does decent against division rivals. He had almost 30 points against the Cowboys and the first time he played the Eagles, he had over 20 points.

So far my line-up for RBs and W/R/T is:
RB: Michael Turner (ATL Falcons), playing against the Jaguars.
(Projected: 11.88,got 5pts last week)

RB: Darren Sproles (NO Saints), playing against The Vikings.
(Projected: 10.19,got about 10 last week)

W/R/T: Willis McGahee (DEN Broncos) , playing The Patriots.
(Projected: 13.52, got like 3 last week)

Now I'm most likely going to pull Willis McGahee out of there, but I would like to see your opinion on who to start this week. Please help.

I would start Jacobs and bench Sproles.
