9-3 at this point in the season and they would have the head-to-head win against the Texans, but probably lost to the Pats, although that would have been a great game with the Pats leaky secondary. The Colts running game has also really dropped off over the last few years.

With a healthy Manning: 7-5

Trying, without Manning: 4-8

Giving up and playing dead: 0-12

This is a really tough question just because each game affects the rest. Anyway, let's start by looking at the Colts schedule so far and margin of defeat:

@Hou -27

So when I look at that, I see 5 games in which they lost by 14 or more. Further, I know last week's game wasn't nearly that close (didn't they trail 31-10 or something?) and I don't think that Cincy game was that close either. So, that's 7 games altogether which means just 5-7.

Going about this a different way, I recall the Colt's being a very average 6-6 last season before getting hot and ending the season on a four game winning streak before losing right away in the playoffs. Thinking about that team this year, it's hard to imagine the Colts being better than the Texans, Steelers, Bengals, Saints, Titans, Falcons, and Patriots...again, 7 teams which would equal 5-7.

As most would say, that seems a little low, but hey it's what I see. I really have no doubt Houston would still be leading the division and I'm not postive the Colts would even be in second. As many have pointed out, it's not like Manning plays defense and special teams, too!

Well, if you look at the colts is not that difficult. With Manning they could have won 10-12 games. Manning is that one puzzle pice to the whole team that connects everyone. Without manning the colts are by far the worst team. With manning they are in the top 3 in the AFC. That is why people are saying he should be the MVP again...haha

9-3 probably

@harley drive- really? 11-5 2008 patriots without brady were in the same situation as the 0-12 colts without manning? last time i checked, thats not even close.
